Providing high-precision automated soldering solutions, suitable for modern electronic production lines. This technology enables accurate soldering at the required positions without affecting surrounding components, reducing defects, improving solder joint quality, and optimizing productivity.
The system includes a variety of flexible equipment such as on-line marking machines, soldering machines with integrated extension modules, split-type solutions for separate process steps, and off-line marking machines. All are designed to meet automation requirements and high production standards in the electronics industry.
Main product categories:
- On-line Marking Machine:
Marks product codes, barcodes, QR codes, etc., directly on the production line, ensuring high speed and absolute accuracy. - On-line Soldering Machine with Extension Modules:
A selective soldering system expandable with additional modules such as product feeding, alignment, inspection, etc., optimizing the line according to specific production requirements. - Split-type System: Flux Dispensing – Preheating – Soldering:
A process-segmented solution that allows flexible customization of each step—flux dispensing, preheating, and soldering—to suit different PCBs and technical processes. - Off-line Marking Machine:
An independent device suitable for flexible marking outside the production line, ideal for small-scale production or isolated process steps.
The bottom AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) device inspects and collects information such as defect type and location of NG solder joints — including solder bridges, continuous soldering, missing solder holes, etc.
This data is transmitted to the selective wave soldering machine at the lower station through M2M data interaction, allowing the system to automatically retrieve soldering process parameters for defect repair and automatically correct soldering defects on the PCB.
Combined with a visual guidance system and a user-friendly software interface, the equipment fully meets the requirements for high-reliability soldering processes as described above.
