With the rapid development of electric vehicles (EVs), the reliability of solder joints and the traceability of components have become increasingly critical. Our company’s proprietary soldering processes, combined with the QMES system, fully meet the stringent quality requirements of our customers. The production workflow includes: CCD sequence inspection, image-based product positioning, automated soldering, AOI solder joint inspection, full-line production management systems such as MES, process data traceability, process control, and kanban boards.
