Features
- Uses a specially designed blade-shaped gear to create ultra-fine micro-holes in the solder wire. When heated by the soldering tip, the flux vaporizes and is released through these holes, effectively preventing solder “popping,” greatly reducing solder spatter, and minimizing solder scattering on the joint.
- Rapidly activates the flux, creating an ideal soldering environment, improving wetting and flow characteristics, and ensuring bright, smooth, and consistent solder joints.
