Overview

QUICK W4040 is a modular selective soldering machine designed for precise point-to-point soldering on PCBs.

The machine features a single soldering area with a single-pot setup, ideal for small- and medium-sized PCBs.

With a working area of 400 × 400 mm, the W4040 is perfect for high-mix, low-volume production while allowing flexible configuration of modules for flux dispensing, pre-heating, and soldering.

The SMEMA-compatible interface ensures easy integration into existing production lines, while providing high-quality solder joints through precise flux and temperature control.
