Laser hot pressure soldering Quick LH Series

QUICK LH Series is a soldering machine line using “Laser Hot‑Press Soldering” technology, combining laser heat with pressing force to form solder joints. The laser melts the solder evenly while the pressure ensures good contact between pad/component — ideal for PCBs or components requiring high precision and joint reliability. The series includes:

• Off-line asynchronous dual station (LH100, LH100S)
• On-line conveyor system (LH1000)

With a working area from 130 × 130 mm to 250 × 250 mm, the LH Series is suitable for high-density components, small modules, or PCBs requiring precise and reliable solder joints. It is designed for high-tech applications in AIoT, smart devices, medical, aerospace & industrial sectors.
