Laser solder ring soldering LR Series

QUICK LR Series is a laser ring soldering system from QUICK, using a focused laser beam to solder wire rings with high precision. The series supports multiple configurations:

• Off-line asynchronous dual station (LR100, LR100S)
• On-line conveyor system (LR1000)

With a flexible working area from 130×130 mm to 250×250 mm, the LR Series is suitable for high-density PCBs, small components, and industrial manufacturing applications. The machines feature an automatic ring feeding module, supporting single rings, multi-layer rings, or multi-turn spring-shaped rings with inner diameters from 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm.
